Biography

Kelly joined CEA in 2018 with over 20 years of experience leading teams in finance, operations, and human resources in the nonprofit and private sectors. Before coming to CEA, Kelly served as CFO/COO for a national public policy organization working to make college more affordable and accessible for people of all backgrounds. She holds a bachelor’s degree (Phi Beta Kappa) in English and practice of art from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Oakland, where she maintains a dedicated studio practice making functional pottery. In her free time, she likes to hit the East Bay Regional Park trails with her dog Ember.
